For products purchased in our online shop, with the exception of the Phonak* hearing aids: Delivery is made only within Switzerland.  All prices include value-added taxes within Switzerland.  CHF 9 is added for each order to cover postage.  We make every effort to post the purchased products within the next business day.  Returns can be made at your expense, provided that (1) we receive the products in our offices within 7 days of delivery of the order, and (2) the packaging and all its contents are in pristine condition.  If these 2 conditions are met, a full refund to your Swiss bank account will be made, minus 9 francs postage per return.

For Phonak* hearing aids purchased in our online shop:  The initial 2-hour session must take place in our center in Morges, in order to guarantee the best results. The subsequent 1-hour sessions can be done in Morges or remotely from your own home.  Please make an appointment to begin your three-week trial.  The entire sales conditions are outlined in the above attached “Price List”.

* For the purpose of these General Sales Conditions, the Sennheiser product is not considered a Phonak hearing aid.
